Lead Full Stack Developer Assess Custom Projects Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience, specializing in component-based development and single-page applications (SPA). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, C#, ReactJS, NodeJS, and SQL.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications, leading development teams, and ensuring best practices in software engineering, performance, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of single-page applications (SPA) using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) and NodeJS to support scalable applications.
• Apply component-based development principles to build reusable UI components for a modular front-end architecture.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure database efficiency and integrity.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance by implementing unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, keeping the team updated on emerging technologies.

Must have : .Net, C#, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of full stack development experience with strong proficiency in:

• Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), component-based architecture
• Backend: .NET Core / C#, NodeJS, RESTful APIs
• Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (query optimization, stored procedures)

- Software Development Best Practices:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in code refactoring and system optimization.

- Leadership & Communication:

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
