Role: Senior Fullstack Java Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer with a strong background in enterprise application development within financial services/trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java 21, Angular (or React), AWS services (SQS, SNS, etc.), microservices, and Spring Boot. This role requires hands-on experience leading large-scale applications and working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade financial applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance UI components using Angular 14 (preferred) or React, ensuring seamless user interactions.
• Develop scalable microservices to support high-performance financial applications.
• Work with AWS services (SQS, SNS, RDS, file systems, etc.) to enhance cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver highly available, low-latency trading solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices and architectural standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security in a financial services environment.
• Work within an Agile development framework, participating in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with deep expertise in Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong UI development experience Angular 14 (preferred) or React, with hands-on experience in UI controls.
• Extensive experience working with AWS services, including SQS, SNS, RDS, and file systems.
• Proven track record of enterprise application development
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in trading platforms or capital markets.
