Description
The Technical Lead is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Technical Lead work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Technical Lead works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming
3. 5+ development
4. Substantial experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
5. Hands-on Coding Experience with .Net framework and Microsoft SQL Server/My SQL Databases
6. Experience with leading and directing a team of developers, reviewing code quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies/best practices
7. Experience with unit testing and mocking Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
9. Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.
10. Experience with Micro services Architecture, Building web services, Security and authentication, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, GitHub/Git, SecAPI, Application Security, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting, Datapower
11. Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes Platforms, Networking, Splunk, Power BI Reporting
12. Knowledge with cloud platforms PCF/Pioneer, Azure, IBM Cloud Private, OpenShift/Cloud Paks, Red Hat
13. Knowledge of SDLC
