Description:
* We are seeking a Principal Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
* This role focuses on creating scalable, innovative platforms to manage and enhance customer interactions effectively.
* The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Architect and develop robust, scalable fullstack applications.
* Design and implement event-driven, serverless architectures using cloud services.
* Optimize data models and APIs for managing large-scale customer interactions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Lead technical initiatives and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
* Promote engineering best practices and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.

Required Skills:
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in fullstack web development with modern programming languages and frameworks.
* Expertise in serverless architectures and cloud platforms.
* Proven experience designing and developing large-scale CRM systems.
* Strong proficiency in NoSQL databases and API design.
* Exceptional technical leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
* Commitment to mentoring and developing engineering talent.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $161000K-230000K
