Description:
* We are seeking a Principal Fullstack Engineer to lead the development of innovative consumer platforms that provide seamless and enjoyable user experiences.
* This role focuses on designing and building cutting-edge technology to connect users with tailored services and experiences.
* The ideal candidate will excel in technical leadership, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers while driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of robust, scalable fullstack applications.
* Design and implement serverless architectures leveraging cloud services.
* Develop efficient data models and APIs for consumer-facing solutions.
* Collaborate with product and design teams to create outstanding user experiences.
* Drive technical initiatives and advocate for best practices in development.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster talent and skill development.

Required Skills:
* Extensive experience (8+ years) in fullstack web development with modern programming languages and frameworks.
* Proficiency in serverless architecture and cloud platforms.
* Proven ability to design and deliver scalable consumer-facing platforms.
* Expertise in NoSQL databases and API development.
* Demonstrated technical leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.

Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and development tools.
* Experience with event-driven architectures and advanced data modeling techniques.
* Knowledge of best practices for delivering high-performance applications.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $161000K-230000K
