Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Application Full Stack Developer to work in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

The Senior Application Developer, Full Stack role will be responsible for the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will use their technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.

Responsibilities for Candidates

  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications
  • Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages
  • Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills and expertise are current
Qualifications for Candidates
Education
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in application development or application engineering.
Knowledge and Experience
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Strong experience working with Microservices, Cloud-Native architecture with DevOps and Agile engineering practices
  • Experience developing with an RDBMS, NOSQL database as well as understanding of schema and table design preferred
  • Experience with Azure power platform services, logic apps, Azure APIM and Azure Data Services is a plus
