Fullstack Job: Full Stack .NET Developer

We have been retained by our client in Dallas, Texas to deliver a Full-Stack .NET Developer on a direct hire basis. This is a hybrid role.

Job Overview:

The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software solutions that support internal and external business objectives. This involves working across various technology layers, including backend (SQL Server, C#, .Net), WebAPI development, and frontend, Angular. The role also includes mentoring a few junior developers, improving system architectures, supporting automation (CI/CD), and addressing production incidents. Azure preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications using technologies like C#, .Net, SQL Server, Angular, and RESTful APIs.


• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with internal IT teams and external business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of software solutions. Document code, design specifications, and operational needs.


• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.


• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with product teams to design user interfaces and prototypes for seamless user experiences.


• Architecture Improvement: Contribute to the architectural design and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.


• Automation and CI/CD: Support automation practices and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes on Azure DevOps.


• Production Support: Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production incidents as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with C#, .Net.
  
  
  • 2+ years of experience in Angular user interface development (TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
  
  
  • 5+ years of experience in database design and development (SQL Server/T-SQL).
  
  
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and software design principles (SOLID).
  
  
  
  


• Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in C#/.Net Core, Entity Framework, WebAPI.
  
  
  • Experience with Angular (7+), and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  
  
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design and prototyping.
  
  
  • Expertise in software design, problem-solving, and flexible, maintainable coding practices.
  
  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
  
  


• Preferred: Experience with Azure (DevOps, Serverless Functions), and JavaScript testing frameworks (Karma, Mocha, Jasmine).

Compensation:

• Salary range: $110,000 150,000 / year
