Fullstack Job: Full Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a Full Stack Developer that codes software applications based on business requirements. Work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities:
* The Full Stack Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software
* Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes
* Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues
* Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
* Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
* Follows established guidelines/procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Master's degree
* 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
