Fullstack Job: Full Stack Engineer

Dynamic hybrid | Onsite 5 days per month required

Our client, a financial industry leader, needs a Full Stack Engineer to use an Agile approach to help develop future-state financial product suite.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer:

• Help develop maintainable software solutions that contribute to overall product development
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product and business domain
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal team, business partner, architecture, and external teams
• Actively participate in backlog refinement, planning sessions, daily scrums, retrospectives, and other team meetings
• Build and maintain test automation components
• Participate in peer code review

Requirements of the Full Stack Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and/or 5+ years of development experience
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing web applications
• Solid knowledge in Java and Spring Boot framework
• Professional experience in web UI front end frameworks and web technologies including HTML/CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, web components with Angular
• Robust critical thinking skills with a desire for growth, to learn and engage with peers in technical and design discussions
• Demonstrable experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
• Able to apply a long-term mentality to help produce scalable, maintainable solutions
