100% home office nationwide, availability for 1 to 6 trips per year to EEUU and 1 trip per month to Monterrey, Nuevo León

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems or related.

· At least 3 years of experience in similar position, DevOps, Product Owner or Software Architecture.

· 3 years of experience Leading Software Development teams.

· Technology stack is C#, DotNet, Blazor, Angular, Telerik, Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQL

· Valid Visa is a plus.

· Availability to 1-6 travels per year to EEUU.

Main responsibilities:

· Successfully communicate all concepts and guidelines to the development team.

· Monitor progress of development team to ensure consistency with the initial design.

· Collaborate with different areas to determine the functional and non-functional requirements of new software and/or applications.

· Utilize tools and methodologies to create feature representations and user interface of the desired solution and/or product.

· Define all software development aspects, from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.

· Develop solution and/or product specifications at a high level with attention to system integration and feasibility.

· Provide technical advice to developers and engineers.

· Ensure that the solution and/or product meets all requirements for quality, security, modifiability and extensibility, etc.

· Approve the final solution and/or product prior to release.

The offer:

· Monthly salary negotiable based on experience, range between MXN $45,000 and $55,000 net monthly basis.
