We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in WebRTC to join our dynamic team and help us bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Developer (WebRTC Specialist), your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing complex web applications using modern technologies and frameworks, including WebRTC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable applications with real-time communication features, such as video/audio conferencing and messaging.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Troubleshooting and resolving WebRTC-related issues, including performance optimization, security, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.

Continuously monitoring and staying updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in WebRTC and other relevant technologies to maintain technical expertise.

Contributing to the overall architecture and design of the applications, and participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of the applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on WebRTC technology.

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong experience with WebRTC APIs and protocols, including signaling, STUN/TURN, and SDP.

Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js, and Python (Python is must).

Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with mobile application development using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android.

Knowledge of video and audio codecs, such as H.264, VP8, Opus, or G.711.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and their relevant services for WebRTC applications.
