How you make a difference
  • In this challenging role in the Informatics/Technology unit, you act as an interface between the business and Informatics.
  • As a member of a business-related cluster in the areas of customer service, sales and marketing, you will support and supervise projects and the development of our solutions as a central contact person from the definition of requirements through to implementation.
  • You'll be assigned a wide range of tasks in one of our product teams. The exciting world of customer service motivates you to actively design forward-looking solutions with direct benefits for Swiss Post customers and to drive progress together with the team.
  • Your expertise enables you to develop sustainable solutions and decision-making principles based on the specified requirements.
  • With your holistic approach, you draw up solution design and determine a rough architecture that harnesses the synergies of the existing system landscape.
  • You have already gained project experience and are happy to take on responsibility for pilot projects and proof of concepts for innovative ideas.
What you have to offer
  • You have basic commercial or technical training supplemented by further training in the field of information technology or business informatics.
  • You have several years of professional experience and a broad interest in IT, which will help you to skilfully succeed in this exciting challenge.
  • Ideally, you will have experience in CRM. Your quick perception helps you to: gain an overview in complex environments and an understanding of business processes; quickly identify customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions from them.
  • You're used to taking responsibility for a project or IT service in a complex landscape from the idea through to its successful introduction and operational handover.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and the courage to get started and tackle things head-on in an agile working environment.
  • An excellent command of English and good knowledge of German will make it easier for you to communicate efficiently with the various contacts.
