Location: Fully Remote (EMEA)
English Level: B2/C1 - fluent
Availability: Immediately or within 30 days
Duration: 12 months (extendable with possible internalization)

As an OutSystems Developer, you will work with a team of top engineers passionate about delivering high-quality software and be involved in the design, build and test of the mission-critical systems that support the amazing growth of this outstanding company.

You’ll be responsible for solution architecture, development execution and operational support of applications that are part of a larger ecosystem. Ranging from our website, developer community and people, we deliver top-quality software that supports the number one Low Code Platform day-to-day operations for our colleagues and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop solutions following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption
Develop integrations with external systems according to the defined architecture guidelines
Ensure non-functional requirements, like, solution performance, scalability and security;
Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs ensuring efficiency, teamwork and commitment;
Manage solution staging life-cycle, conducting QA and production deployments, and supporting overall solution rollout procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years of professional experience developing with the OutSystems Platform;
1 or more years of professional experience programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL;
1 or more years of professional experience in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, and HTML;
Knowledge of Database Modeling;
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
OutSystems certifications are valued;
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory;
Communication skills;
Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
Transparency and ability to establish trust and supportive relationships;
Strong quality orientation and attention to detail;
Web application development and project delivery practices;
Understanding of solution architecture and web application performance.
NICE TO HAVE

Professional experience in web application programming other than OutSystems is valued;
Architectural principles and Integration knowledge using AWS and Azure-based services are valued.
