What you’ll do as a tech lead at Ledger Leopard:
At Ledger Leopard, a Tech Lead is a software engineer responsible for leading a team and aligning the technical direction. Besides leading the team we also expect you to be able to dive into the code yourself both coding and reviewing others’. In combination with other roles like the product manager, you have a unique focus on the technical aspects. Bringing ideas and code to life.

We trust you to make decisions that help move our clients forward and give you the freedom to be solution-oriented. With that comes the ability to explain your choices to different target audiences and the ability to set and manage client expectations.
While knowing a lot of technical stuff is important, it is not everything. Each business case has its own unique and complex challenges. However, the result should be an excellent experience for the end-user.

Your insights and vision lead the way. Being comfortable enough to share your vision to guide others where needed is a must, whether this is the customer or your colleagues.
