Fullstack Engineer – Team Lead

Leading and guiding the team to ensure the team performs with a high efficiency
Design and architect solutions that solve technical challenges for the team
Provides technical leadership during implementation and code reviews
Clearly communicates project status, progress, and blockers to the rest of the team
Assisting and mentoring new team members
Writing and modifying design documentation, technical requirements analysis, test results documentation and standard operating procedures
Managing resource needs through recruiting and onboarding

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent leadership skills, with minimum of 2 years team leading experience on a fullstack level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with good organizational and communication skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and building applications in a frontend framework, preferably Vuejs
At least 5 years hands on experience with backend technologies with one or more programming languages including but not limited to c++, Java or Python
Experience using and implementing RESTful APIs
Experience with CI and Source control systems such as Jenkins and Git
Experience with CD tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of working with databases such as Redis and SQL
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
