Fullstack Job: CIO

ValueWorks was founded in 2020 as the first software solution with a real focus on executives as users and offers the intelligent operating system for founders & executive managers. The founders are long-time experts in enterprise software (especially SAP) and top management consulting (Bain & Company, McKinsey) and have mapped their experience into a unique software solution. In the pre-seed funding round, ValueWorks has raised over 700,000 euros and is on its way to the seed round. ValueWorks provides a cloud-based, integrated and intelligent enterprise software that supports the entire management process from planning to reporting to execution (using OKR).

Tasks

We are looking for a Backend Developer to help us develop our backend and integrations in particular. You will work with our small team consisting of developers, founders and a UX designer.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actual software and ensure fit of the solution with client/ValueWorks business need
• Developing end-to-end solutions from concept-development with internal or client stakeholders to MVP/final implementation

Requirements

• web development experience using either fastAPI, Django or Flask
• strong programming skills
• full proficiency in either English or German
• 0-3 years software development experience

Nice to have:

• working with large, multi-dimensional data-sets
• experience with scikit-learn and pandas
• OAuth 3rd party data access integration
• machine learning experience with non stationary data
